At Sherri Hill, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain evening wear and special occasion gowns may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags, security seals, and hangers intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
